Strengthening the Church in Cameroon: A Partnership with CNBC
Following a "transformative" conference at Zion Baptist Church Mvogbesi in March 2026 , the Cameroon National Baptist Convention (CNBC) issued this formal letter of appreciation to Transformation Bible Ministries.
The letter highlights TBM's vital role in:
- Equipping Leaders: Providing sound hermeneutics for a Convention rapidly expanding into new regions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Initiating collaborations with the Baptist Evangelical School of Theology (BEST).
- Holistic Ministry: Seeking medical advisory for the Blessed Hope Health Centre.
This endorsement underscores TBM’s global impact in "helping others study and apply the Bible" within the growing body of Christ in Cameroon.

What Faith Already Knows
The hard part is that this kind of faith doesn’t always feel like much when you’re in the middle of a dark season.
Running Toward Repentance
“As we yield to the Holy Spirit, He will do the heavy lifting. He changes our character to make us more like Jesus.”
When God Uses Small Moments
What seems like a passing comment becomes something much more. A connection. A memory awakened—a heart touched in a place that still carries both love and grief.
The Bow in the Cloud
We carry the weight of broken promises so long that we start to assume every promise has a breaking point. We know better than to say that about God out loud.
Creation Speaks — And So Does Grace
Later, I asked her directly — “Where do you think your faith comes from?”
Temptation vs Testing
Temptation does not come from God. Its purpose is to pull us away—to weaken us, to distract us, to lead us into choices that ultimately bring harm, shame, or distance in our relationship with Him.
God Wrote the Words
When purpose takes over, the results move from the talent of man to the realm of the Divine. We see this “Divine” perfection most clearly…
The Sufficiency of Christ
Paul didn’t get his thorn removed. He got something better. He got the reminder that the God of the universe was personally present in his weakness.
Your Will be Done
God’s kingdom sums up everything a Christian longs for and Corinthians 13 describes this as a world characterized by faith, hope, and love. If our earthly world was built on only these three principles, how much more peaceful, more beautiful, and more livable would it be than the world we’re living in right now?
What Did the Lord’s Prayer Mean to Me?
For many people, the Lord’s Prayer is something they learn early in life. For me, it’s as ingrained as my instinct to breathe.
Woke or Awake?
Traditionally, “woke” was a past tense conjugation of “wake.” According to Merriam-Webster, there’s now a slang version meaning “aware of and actively attentive to important societal facts and issues, especially issues of racial and social justice.”
What Would Life Be Like Without God
Sometimes the subtle things in life grab my attention more than the obvious ones. Just when I think I know God’s message for me in His word, I’m gently reminded, “Nope, read it again, my child.”
Bearing One’s Burdens
Bearing another’s burdens goes way beyond merely offering words of sympathy or encouragement; it’s about actively getting involved in each other’s lives to help shoulder the difficulties and challenges we face.
The Heart is Willing, but the Flesh is Weak
Following the Last Supper, Jesus, aware of his impending future, summoned his closest disciples, Peter, James, and John, to accompany him in the Garden of Gethsemane. There in the Garden, Jesus foresaw the anguish, humiliation, and separation from God that awaited Him.
Living By Faith
The tipping point for me was when the host kept dismissing the Christian guest’s religious beliefs as simply “good-natured humanity.” He attributed all Christian principles to social justice, goodwill, and community benevolence and claimed that Christians behave in a certain way because they are conditioned to do so.
Speaking in Tongues
How many of us would like to take back what we said last month? How about in the last week? The last 24 hours? How about 10 seconds ago? Sometimes things slip out even when we don’t intend to be mean or condescending, but most of the time we consciously decide to make that wisecrack, criticism, or insult.
Faith is Found When Tested
Describing my friend (J) as passionate about fishing would be an understatement of epic proportions. Most of his wardrobe is either oriented towards fishing and a small percentage Dallas Cowboys mixed in (yuck).
Venous Insufficiency
Throughout history, false prophets and interpreters have proven incapable of accurately deciphering dreams. Aware of their shortcomings, Nebuchadnezzar remained skeptical of the grandiose claims made by astrologers, perceiving them as a ruse.

Revelation Study Guide
David Silver
Many people, even Christians, fear the book of Revelation. While it is one of the hardest books of the Bible to understand and apply, it is nonetheless possible to make great progress. It is actually one of the most encouraging books of the Bible. The main theme is for believers to continue to be faithful and endure tribulation, despite persecution, spiritual warfare, and trials. This study guide will take you through every chapter of Revelation and give you a good sense of the content and application. May God richly bless you as the book promises to those who take this book to heart.
