A Message from the Treasurer
Todd Barrett
Transformation Bible Ministries has published a multitude of practical study guides covering many books of the Bible, as well as weekly devotionals and resource videos, all available on our website.
We invite you to consider partnering with us by making a donation. Your contributions allow TBM to produce Bible study resources, devotionals, and videos that reach people worldwide. Additionally, with a significant portion of our budget dedicated to international partnerships, your support helps us equip local congregations worldwide with our simple, foundational study guides and other resources that strengthen all Christians in their walk with the Lord.
Weekly Devotions
The Bow in the Cloud
We carry the weight of broken promises so long that we start to assume every promise has a breaking point. We know better than to say that about God out loud.
Creation Speaks — And So Does Grace
Later, I asked her directly — “Where do you think your faith comes from?”
Temptation vs Testing
Temptation does not come from God. Its purpose is to pull us away—to weaken us, to distract us, to lead us into choices that ultimately bring harm, shame, or distance in our relationship with Him.
God Wrote the Words
When purpose takes over, the results move from the talent of man to the realm of the Divine. We see this “Divine” perfection most clearly…
The Sufficiency of Christ
Paul didn’t get his thorn removed. He got something better. He got the reminder that the God of the universe was personally present in his weakness.
Your Will be Done
God’s kingdom sums up everything a Christian longs for and Corinthians 13 describes this as a world characterized by faith, hope, and love. If our earthly world was built on only these three principles, how much more peaceful, more beautiful, and more livable would it be than the world we’re living in right now?
What Did the Lord’s Prayer Mean to Me?
For many people, the Lord’s Prayer is something they learn early in life. For me, it’s as ingrained as my instinct to breathe.
Why Does a Good God Allow Suffering?
Hardship often shifts our focus from temporary comfort to eternal hope. When life is easy, we tend to rely on ourselves. But when life becomes difficult, we often find ourselves turning to God for strength.
Fear and the Favorite Son
His life would travel from favorite son to a man marked for death, thrown in a pit, sold to nomadic travelers, and imprisoned for roughly thirteen years, before he became the second-most powerful man in one of the world’s greatest dynasties.
The View from the Pit
Oliver Hardy used to say, “This is a fine mess you’ve gotten us into.” It’s funny in a comedy sketch, but not so funny when it’s your actual life.
Rescue Me
Unlike human love, which can be conditional on behavior or circumstances, God’s love is unconditional and relentless. It persistently pursues us through all our trials. Despite its perfect nature, God’s love is not afraid of being complex or confusing, but within its complexity always lies a purpose.
I Laugh or Cry
False teaching is far more dangerous than none at all. As a second-grader, my teacher told my Mom I had an “intellectual disability.” Google it; they called it something else when I was a kid.
Blessed Assurance
Bible reading is unlike reading anything else digital or in print. You can read a passage 49 times, but for the 50th time, you’ll encounter something you’ve never seen before.
The Choice of Decay
It was all fascinating to me, even though I have believed in a true God for as long as I can remember. One dull Saturday morning (if there is such a thing) I was skateboarding alone and walking back up a hill, and it hit me…
Going Through the Motions
My first thought was Mary, Mary, and Salome, while resolute in their faith, probably didn’t expect that encounter upon entering the tomb.
The Victory is Yours
The question Jesus asked Andrew and John is one we should all answer honestly. What am I seeking? What am I looking for and desiring in Jesus? Jesus’ questioning went beyond a mere inquiry about their physical presence and probed into their deeper intentions and yearnings.
Are You Calling?
God’s callings are not a comfortable feeling. It’s uncharted territory. His callings challenge our deeply held possessions. God’s call to Abraham challenged the feelings of security he held from his family.
Walking in Gethsemane with Daddy
Many regular church-goers often discover something missing in their faith walk. “What I found out is that as I got older, I believed in the tradition of the church, I certainly believed in Jesus and God and all the things that we learned about, but what I didn’t have was a relationship with Jesus.”

Revelation Study Guide
David Silver
Many people, even Christians, fear the book of Revelation. While it is one of the hardest books of the Bible to understand and apply, it is nonetheless possible to make great progress. It is actually one of the most encouraging books of the Bible. The main theme is for believers to continue to be faithful and endure tribulation, despite persecution, spiritual warfare, and trials. This study guide will take you through every chapter of Revelation and give you a good sense of the content and application. May God richly bless you as the book promises to those who take this book to heart.
